The My Account tool allows you to view and manage your account and subscription details. Log in any time to update account information such as your physical address, password and payment details, or make changes to your subscription such as adding or removing Extras.

Your Subscription


Adding Or Removing Channels And Extras


Log in to your account and select Change SubscriptionThe top of this page details your current subscription. Choose (Your Service) Extras to see available Extras. Select or de-select an extra to add or remove it from your subscription. Once you have everything the way you want it, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Review.

Updating Your Payment Details


Log in to your account and select Update Payment InformationClick into any field to update your information. Once finished, select Update Billing Information.

View Your Billing History


Log in to your account and select View Billing DetailsHere, you can see the amount you’re billed each month for your subscription, as well as any other charges, such as prorated charges for adding Extras in the middle of your billing cycle.

Pause Or Cancel Your Subscription


Whether you’re moving, traveling or just need a break, you can pause your subscription* for up to three months by logging in to your account and selecting Pause SubscriptionFollow the instructions on-screen to finish. The pause will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. 


To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and select Cancel SubscriptionFollow the instructions on-screen to finish. If you’re a paid subscriber, your subscription will cancel at the end of your current billing cycle. If you’re on a free trial, your subscription will cancel immediately. 


*Customers taking advantage of promotions (prepay bundles, annual plans, free trials), customers using only gift card as payment, customers that signed up through their devices (excluding Roku), customers that signed up through an affiliate retail partner or customers using Amazon Pay are not eligible to pause their subscriptions at this time.

Personal Information


Updating Your Personal Information


By logging in to your account and selecting Update Personal Information, you can update information like your namephone number or physical address.

Updating Your Email Address


The ability to update your email address through the My Account tool isn’t currently available.


If you’re no longer using an email address or believe you may have included a typo when signing up, please use the Contact Us link at the very bottom of this page to connect with us by phone, chat or social media, and we’ll be happy to help you out.


Updating Your Password


It’s always a good idea to update your passwords on a regular basis. To do this through My Account, log in and select Change Password. Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice and hit Change Password to complete the update.

Managing Your Devices


Log in to your account and select Device List to see every device that has used your account login information. 


Seeing a device you don’t recognize? Select Sign out of all devices and follow the on-screen instructions to sign your account out from all devices where it’s currently logged in.
