As the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve rapidly, we want to make sure to keep you informed with any changes we’re making as well as the self-service tools you have at your disposal to manage your SLING subscription.

Also, we’re aware that you may be spending some additional time at home over the coming weeks, so we want to let you know more about what you can watch on SLING, and how to watch it.

Manage Your Subscription

The easiest way to make changes to your subscription is by logging in to My Account. Or, if you’re watching in a web browser, simply select the Settings icon, then choose Manage Account.

Go to My Account >

What you can do:

  • Add or remove channels and extras like Cloud DVR Plus by selecting Change Subscription

  • Update your billing information by selecting Update Payment Information

  • View your billing history by selecting View Billing Details

  • Make changes to your personal information including your home address and phone number by selecting Update Personal Information

  • Place your subscription on hold for up to three months by selecting Pause Subscription

We understand that these are unprecedented times, so if you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, we’re still happy to help you get your news and entertainment with the SLING TV free experience. Get live news and updates with ABC News Live, plus thousands of movies and shows suitable for kids and families.

  • The free experience is available on Roku, Amazon and Android devices as well as web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

  • When you cancel your SLING subscription, it will automatically disconnect at the end of the current billing cycle, meaning you can enjoy your paid subscription until that time. Once your subscription is discontinued, when you launch the SLING app, you’ll automatically be taken in to the free experience

  • Already have a SLING subscription? Free content is included with your subscription; find it at the end of your guide

  • If you’re new to SLING and want to check it out, the free experience is available by downloading the SLING app on your Roku, Amazon or Android device or by visiting on a Chrome, Safari or Edge browser and following the on-screen instructions
