16-3 errors can be caused by attempting to view recordings on multiple devices simultaneously.


Remember, you can only play back recordings from your AirTV on one device at a time. Stop playback on one device to continue watching on another.


Still having issues? Try the steps below to resolve the error:


Restart AirTV


Turn the AirTV device off, then turn it back on.


Reconnect AirTV


Open the Sling app on a mobile device or tablet and go to Settings > Over The Air Channels > Remove AirTV. After removing the AirTV, select Set Up AirTV to reconnect the device to your account.
