We’re aware of issues impacting customers trying to view Cloud DVR recordings on XBOX One consoles and Windows 10 devices, and we hope to have a fix in place for this by July 2018. In the meantime, please use the below steps as a workaround.
If you’re having trouble viewing a Cloud DVR recording, try searching the channel’s available On-Demand content for your show.
Check for Video On-Demand content in the On-Demand ribbon below the Schedule in your guide. Depending on the channel, it may have a different label, such as Available Now.
