If you're receiving the message Playback has stopped because content is being viewed on another device, make sure that you're signed out of and closed the SLING TV app on any additional devices you use to stream. To sign out of the SLING TV app:
- Select Settings
- Select Account
- Choose Sign Out
If you believe that an unauthorized user has accessed your account, try changing your password and logging out of all devices from the Personal Information section on your My Account page.
You can also view which devices have accessed your account by logging in at sling.com and selecting Device List.
