Are series recordings showing as individual recordings on your DVR?

We're aware that sometimes, series recordings will show in the schedule as individual recordings. This should be corrected soon, but until it is, you may need to make changes to each recording individually. Additionally, in order to stop recording the series, you must delete all individual future scheduled events. Before troubleshooting this issue, click here to make sure Cloud DVR is available on your device.
