If you're having trouble signing in to your Sling TV account, make sure you're entering the email address you used when signing up for Sling TV.
If you forgot your password, click here to reset it by email.
Enter your Sling TV account email address, then press SUBMIT. You'll receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password. Note: This email can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.
If you don't receive this email, make sure to check your junk mail folder and any spam filters to make sure the email isn't being sent elsewhere. Additionally, try adding email@example.com to your email contacts and try again. If still not receiving the email, please use the Contact Us link at the very bottom of this page to chat with us.

I received the email, but it's asking me for my current password
If clicking the link in the password reset email takes you directly to your My Account page, it means you're still signed in to your account, and you won't be able to reset your password without knowing your current password.
To get around this, instead of selecting Change Password, select Sign Out in the top corner of the page, then request the password reset again.
If you're on a smartphone or tablet, tap the three horizontal lines in the top corner of the screen to find the option to sign out.
I forgot my Sling TV email address, what can I do?
If you're signed in to the Sling TV app on a device, you can find the email address attached to your account by selecting Settings, then Account from the Sling TV app menu.
If you're unable to locate your email address this way, or you believe you may have entered your email address incorrectly at signup, select Forgot your username/email? from the sign in screen here.
Enter your first and last name as well as the last 4 digits of the card on file with your Sling account. You'll then be asked to complete a captcha verification.
If you're unable to verify your identity or complete the captcha verification, you'll be prompted to contact us to retrieve your username.
I'm locked out of my account, what can I do?
For security reasons, after five unsuccessful attempts are made to sign in to your account, it will be locked for three hours. Resetting your password will allow you to unlock your account. Click here to reset your password. As with above, make sure you're signed out of your account on sling.com.
