I signed up on my Amazon device

If you signed up for Sling TV through your Amazon device and are NOT billed through Amazon Pay, click here to learn how to change your subscription.

If you created your account using Amazon Pay, visit to change your subscription. Use the instructions below if you need additional assistance.

I have a Sling TV gift card and want to change my subscription

If you just received a Sling TV gift card and would like to redeem the gift card and change your subscription, click here.

I want to change my subscription in-app

On select devices, you can change your subscription in the Sling TV app. Click here for details.

Change your subscription on

Start by signing in to your Sling TV account here.

Enter your email address and password. 

  • If you can't remember your Sling TV email address, if you're currently signed in on a device, navigate to Settings and select Account to see the email address logged in
  • If you forgot your password, click here for details on how to reset it

Here you can change your subscription by adding or removing available services. 

I want to change my base service

To change your base service, find the service you'd like to switch to, then click +SELECT to change.

I want to add or remove an extra

To see what Extras are available to you, click on the drop down represented by the base service you are subscribed to. To add or remove extras like Cloud DVR, click +ADD. If you'd like to remove an extra you already subscribe to, click the check mark

Note: Some channels may only be available depending on your base service. For example, if you wanted to add Sports Extra to receive NFL RedZone, you would need to be subscribed to Sling Blue. Click here to see a listing of available channels, as well as the service you'll need in order to receive them.

If you're interested in a standalone service such as Showtime or NBA League Pass, these can also be added here. Click +SELECT to add a service. To remove a service, click the check mark.

Finally, review your subscription. If you're satisfied with your changes, to confirm your subscription change, click SUBMIT ORDER.
