We are aware of an issue some users are experiencing while streaming on Roku. Before trying any other fixes, please make sure that the software on your Roku device is up to date. To accomplish this, visit the home screen and scroll to Settings. Then click on System and then System Update. After the update is complete, please try reopening the Sling TV app. If the problem is not resolved, try the steps below.

Try changing channels, testing your internet connection, relaunching the Sling TV app and/or try watching on another device.
