If you're receiving an error or message that Sling TV was not installed when attempting to install the app on your iPhone or iPad, make sure you've installed the latest iOS update on your device.

With our most recent update to iOS devices, we've optimized Sling TV for iOS 10 or newer.

To check for an iOS update, launch Settings, then select General, then Software Update.

If an update is available, select Download and Install. Make sure you're connected to an available WiFi network to install the update.
