If you're receiving the message "Playback has stopped because content is being viewed on another device," make sure that you're signed out of and closed the Sling TV app on any additional devices you use to stream. To sign out, from the main Sling TV menu, select Settings, then Account, and finally Sign Out.

If you believe that an unauthorized user has accessed your account, try changing your password. Click here for instructions on how to do so. Additionally, click here for details on how to keep your account safe.

Don't forget, you can add two more streams to your International subscription by logging in to your account at sling.com and clicking the Change Subscription link from your My Account page. Click here for instructions.
