I'm having issues restarting my Sling TV account on my Amazon device, what do I do?

If you selected Change Subscription to make changes to your subscription while restarting and are seeing payment method issues, visit to update your 1-Click settings.
  • Sign in to your account and go to Your Account from the Account & Lists drop-down
  • Next, select Your Amazon Wallet
  • Add your payment information under Add a New Payment Method. Make sure the box marked Use this card across all of Amazon is checked
  • Finally, click Add your card
