I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forgot your password, are having trouble signing in, or are locked out of your Sling TV account, click here to reset your password. If you don't see this page, make sure to first log out of your account on www.sling.com.

Enter the email address you used to setup your Sling TV account then click SUBMIT. An email will be sent to your registered account with a reset password link.

Once the email arrives, click the reset password link to continue. If you do not receive this email, make sure to check your junk mail folder, and that your spam filters are set to allow messages from noreply@sling.com.

Now enter your email address and create a new and secure password. Need help making sure your password is secure? Click here for some tips. Finally, choose CHANGE PASSWORD to complete the password reset.

If you still haven't received the email, it is possible that your email address could have been entered incorrectly when creating your account.
