We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your membership, follow these steps below:
Start by visiting www.sling.com/account and logging in to your account using the email and secure password you used to sign up.
Click the Cancel Subscription link on your account page.
You will be prompted by a DVR or Device Offer stop message. To continue click on CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Please let us know the reason you are leaving the service and how likely you are to return, then click CONTINUE.
Finally, click CONFIRM MY CANCELLATION to finish cancelling your subscription.
Your subscription has now been cancelled.
After you cancel, your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle or for any prepaid period. This means you can enjoy your subscription until your renewal date. If you cancel during a free trial, service will be terminated immediately. Please note that we do not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service.
