We are aware that some customers who made changes to their account might see content from their previous subscription in the My TV screen on their Apple TV. We are currently working to fix this issue so only the content you pay for appears in your guide. In the meantime, you may not be able to watch some of the content you favorited or started watching before you changed your subscription.
If this happens, please check to see that the video you are trying to play is on a channel you are currently subscribed to. If it is a channel you are subscribed to and the video still is not playing, please contact us
to troubleshoot the video playback.
