The 8-1541 error is a known issue we're continuing to research.

Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:
  • Make sure your device is using the latest operating system. Check your device's instructions for details on how to check for updates
  • Additionally, make sure to install the latest version of the Sling TV app. If you're using an Android mobile device, click here for details on how to check for an update. For iOS, click here.
  • If you're using a cellular data connection, try connecting to a WiFi network to see if this can resolve the issue
